King Juelz Interview
Q. How did you start rapping?
A. “I started making music at 13. I was just playing around at first. Then people started telling me that they f**K with my music so I started taking it seriously at about 15 or 16.”
Q. What have been your biggest obstacles in the rap game?
A. “My biggest issue was I kept getting in trouble and stayed on house arrest. It prevented me from traveling and expanding more like I want to. First, it was worrying bout my streams now they just come naturally.”
Q.what separates you from other artist?
A. “My voice, my style, and my creativity. I’ve put tons of money behind my music and when I make music it always comes directly from my soul and heart. I don’t steal anyone’s flow either.”
Q. Your project Me vs Me is fire! What’s next for you?
A. “Another tape. I’m calling it ‘Whole Lotta Blue.'”
Q. What is one piece of advice would you give artists just starting out?
A. “Don’t ever stop! Even on the days, you feel like you won’t make it or your music just isn’t it. You pause and tell yourself. “I’m a king. I will die a legend.” If you want something for real you are going to put your mind to it and get it. Manifest what you want.”
